Sorry I’m Not Sorry

The “Sorry I’m Not Sorry – We Are All Sick” initiative is a groundbreaking movement addressing the mental health crisis in Malawi. With stigma, limited resources, and a growing number of youth affected by mental health challenges, our mission is to create a society where mental health is openly discussed and supported.

Since our founding, we’ve become a force for change by fostering inclusive dialogue, equipping youth with advocacy skills, and providing real-time crisis intervention through innovative platforms like the Venting Room.

What we do

ABOUT US

We Have a combined 60 Years of Experience

Since our founding, we’ve become a force for change by fostering inclusive dialogue, equipping youth with advocacy skills, and providing real-time crisis intervention through innovative platforms like the Venting Room.

What began as a small virtual support group has grown into a national movement, addressing Malawi’s mental health crisis through innovative and inclusive approaches.

The “Sorry I’m Not Sorry – We Are All Sick” initiative is more than a response to a crisis; it is a movement to rewrite the narrative of mental health in Malawi. By addressing stigma, creating sustainable solutions, and empowering communities, it stands as a beacon of hope and a catalyst for lasting change in a country where mental health challenges have long been silenced.
